Feeling Blue

I've been feeling quite blue lately. When I feel blue, I want to hide. I hope to find some inspiration in the fall days to come. I am working on a special collage for my sweetie, that should lift my spirits.

Early rising no good for the heart: study is a news report per the AFP.
"The study, covering 3,017 healthy adults aged between 23 through 90, found that early risers had a greater risk of heart conditions including hypertension and of having strokes."

I have always thought gettting up early in the morning was way over rated. Sleep on my friends!
