Wow, seems like this week has flown by. I don't even remember what we did on Saturday. Even more reason I need to keep up with my daily journal. They say your memory is the first to go.
I am trying to make each journal page different. On this one, I tried to print out a picture of an old foot bridge from the park, but it only partially printed (and upside down) But it adds some interesting texture.

Art Journal Day 2 - Cage Fighter

This was my journal page I finished last night. I know it's going to take a while for me to find my voice and write lengthy journal pages. I don't talk alot, but trying to write even something small every day may help me.

I am officially beginning my art journal today. Here is my first page, almost completed, but still in progress. I am working on a "women as warriors" kind of theme. Very fun! I wish everyone happiness, health and lots of creative energy for 2008!

Here is my latest painting with collage and vintage papers. I have a few new pieces that I wanted to post on my flickr account but I am having problems getting to my site since yahoo took over. Sigh. Maybe I will post it on etsy for a while.
